え	えっこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく従業員の接客が素晴らしかった。お風呂は温いけど、上がった後はポカポカで汗が止まらなかったです。食事係の児玉さん？でしたか、女性の係の方の接客が元気良く、とても素敵な方でした。ただ１つ残念なのが、２日目(11月20日(月)の朝の売店の係の女の人がオープン時間になったにも関わらず、無愛想で挨拶も無く、朝からちょっと気分が悪かったです。お土産様の入浴剤の場所を聞いたら案内するわけでもなく、作業しながら、指差して、「あっちです。」の一言だけでした?広くない売店ならその場まで案内しても良いのにと思いました。それまでの従業員の接客は最高だったのに、その方１人のせいで、残念な結果になりましたので、★４つです。 Anyway, the customer service of the employees was wonderful.
