★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店よりも少し早く着いてしまったのですが、快く中に入れて下さいました。比内地鶏を使ったトロトロの卵が美味しい親子丼と、桃豚のカツ丼はお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「秋田比内や株式会社 大館本店」が休日で残念がっていたところ、駐車場の方にコチラを紹介してもらいました。「比内やで働いていた料理人の弟子がやっている店だよ！」との事で来てみましたが、こちらのお店の方いわく「ウチは全く関係ありません！！」と、やや怒り気味にお話しされていました。駐車場管理の方の勘違いでしょうか。
きりたんぽ鍋一人分を頂きましたが美味しかったです。大きいきりたんぽが２本も入っており、お鍋のみでもお腹いっぱいになりました。副菜も美味しかったです。当然ですが、比内やとは、味も全く違いました。

ツルツルシコシコな食感でとても美味しかったです。
店員さんの対応も良かったです。
次回は定番の親子丼を食べたいと思います。

卵は硬すぎず、味付けもちょうど良く美味しく頂きました。比内地鶏は弾力のある肉質で、噛むと旨味がでます。
店の雰囲気も良かったのですが、駐車場が狭いです。それ以外は満点です。
