予約制で焼き鳥も売ってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き鳥が安くてめちゃめちゃ美味しいです。タレも良かったです。でも売っているサガリとカルビは、安いだけでイマイチでした。値段あげてもいいのでもっといい肉を置いてほしいです。
Yakitori is cheap and very delicious. The sauce was also good. However, the sagari and ribs sold were not good just because they were cheap. I want you to put better meat because you can raise the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/07/24 リブロースとカルビを購入しました❤️個体番号とか産地を表記して欲しいですね。ブランド牛を扱うお店は必ずと言ってよいほどトレースできます。お店によっては個体番号書いた印刷物までくれるところのほうが多い。未だに牛トレサ法のレベルには到達できない青森あるあるですね。とはいえ、ここのお店には上質なお肉沢山あるよ?

2021/04/24 満を持して、家の庭で桜を見ながらBBQ.再び牛さがり、上たんを買いました。上たんは舌の付け根に近いところ。脂の旨味がスゴいです。上牛たん,おとな100g850円❤️
2020/12/27 サガリ(ビワハラミ・腰椎側の横隔膜)と上たんを購入しました。サガリは少し甘めのタレです。都会の人にうける味でした。BBQするとき買いに来ます。

2021/04/24 Fully BBQ. I bought beef again while watching the cherry blossoms in my garden. Uetan is near the base of the tongue. The umami of the fat is amazing. Upper beef tongue, adult 100g 850 yen ❤️
2020/12/27 I bought Sagari (diaphragm on the lumbar side) and Kamitan. Sagari is a slightly sweet sauce. It was a taste for people in the city. I come to buy when I do BBQ.
