★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食は心づくしという感じ、親戚の叔母さんの家に泊まった時を思い出す。朴葉すしもでた。
朝６時から外に出て緑豊かな日本な農村の原風景を満喫した。立て看板なし、のぼり旗なし、うるさく大きなお世話の広報放送なし。車の行きかいもほとんどなし。静か。清潔。駅まで１時間くらいかけて歩いたけれど途中東海自然歩道が交差している。楽しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全予約制の築250年のお店。日本大正村司葉子記念館 茶房でモーニングした時、後藤恵美子ママさんが宣伝して下さったお店。ここはその恵美子ママのお店です。朝はモーニング、昼はこちのお店、夜はお泊りのお客さんをもてなしたりと随分とお忙しいようですね。頂いたのは◆竹コース◇瓶ビール(大)◇熱燗(女城主)◇お土産に国産松茸一本。この日は…とにもかくにも松茸三昧。茶碗蒸し、天ぷら、鍋からご飯まで。そして田舎料理の真骨頂ともいえる蜂の子や、この地域の名産の白まい、黒まい、天然鮎の甘露煮、豚肉のローストなどなど。茶碗蒸しは「らんらん玉子」を使ってて。とろっとろの食感。これはお酒が進まないわけがありません。あ。お酒の種類は不明ですが…豪華なのはないと思うけど、多分最低でもビール、日本酒、焼酎の3種類はありそう。恵美子ママ。昔も今も、随分とおもてになったようでして。恵那市を代表する演歌歌手としてCDも出されていたようですよ。おしゃべり好きで、おちゃめで。話しがはずみ過ぎて、ついつい長居しちゃいました。今度は是非、一日一組限定のお泊りで伺いたいな。
