★ ★ ★ ★ ★ センター長の対応が悪いです。就職へのアドバイスは優秀ですが、可愛い子への贔屓や生活面のアドバイスが酷い。熱心な支援者もいるが、結構上から目線で対応されます。
 Correspondence of the center director is bad. The advice for finding a job is excellent, but the advice for a cute child and the advice on life are terrible. There are enthusiastic supporters, but they are dealt with from the top.

そして職員の離職率と利用者の退所率が多い。
