七	七面鳥放浪記 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熊谷、秩父のあたりには味噌だれで豚ホルモンを食わせて豚汁で〆る店がいくつかあって、熊谷において人気を二分するのが水よしと秩父屋です。それぞれに良さがあるものの、私としてはここ秩父屋に軍配をあげます。生ホルモンと豚ハラミが美味すぎます。焼いた豚の臓物と味噌だれの相性も最高です。そして安い。飲んで食べて豚汁とご飯で腹いっぱいになっても、数品のみある牛肉に手を出さなければ一人四千円は超えません。よる年波には勝てず食も細くなったアラフィフですが、飲む方はまだまだいけるので、やはり安いと思います。そのうえご当地感もあるのが観光客にはうれしい限りです。なお、秩父屋の豚汁には豆腐が入っているので、満腹ならご飯に合わせずとも美味しくいただけます。接客も良いです。行き違いがあってもその後のフォローが丁寧です。客席に店員さんの目が行き届いているので、ストレスなく店内で過ごせます。営業は二二時までですが、料理のラストオーダーは二一時一五分頃、飲物は三〇分頃です。ゆったりと楽しむなら二〇時までの入店が前提になります。人気店なので、とりわけ週末は予約が無難と思われます。 Around Kumagaya and Chichibu, there are several restaurants where you can eat pork hormones with miso sauce and use pork soup, and Mizuyoshi and Chichibuya are the two most popular restaurants in Kumagaya.
