久々に近似のお好み焼き屋さんへ行って来ました。ここのお好み焼きはキャベツの量が多くソバダブルにしたらかなりお腹が張ってしまった。
おまけにイカ天入れです。
魚粉の味がしっかりしていてかなり美味しいですよ！

味は値段相応(お好み焼き・肉玉そば800円)。
年配の女性店員の態度に腹が立った。
まず，入店時の「いらっしゃいませ」も無ければ，「こちらの席へ」等の誘導もない。注文後メニュー表を誤って鉄板の上に置くと，かなり強い口調で「熱くなってるので置かないで下さい」とのこと。初めにメニュー表の上部分が鉄板にかかっていたので，大丈夫かなと判断したから置いたのだが，そこまで強く言うこともないのではと思った。
出来上がってからの「お待たせしました」とか「どうぞ」とかも無く，無言で目の前に置かれた。
食べ終わり，精算後の「ありがとうごさいました。」は男性店員のは大きく聞こえたが，女性店員のは聞こえなかった。
個人的にお好み焼きは，味だけでなくその店の雰囲気も楽しむものだと思っている。
もう二度と行きたくないと思った。

I was angry with the attitude of an elderly female clerk.
First of all, there is no "Welcome" when entering the store, and there is no guidance such as "To this seat". When I accidentally put the menu table on the iron plate after ordering, he said with a fairly strong tone, "Please do not put it because it is hot." At first, the upper part of the menu table was on the iron plate, so I decided that it was okay, so I put it down, but I thought I wouldn't say so strongly.
After it was completed, there was no such thing as "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting" or "Please", and it was silently placed in front of me.
After eating and paying the bill, "Thank you very much." Was heard loudly by the male clerk, but not by the female clerk.
I personally think that okonomiyaki enjoys not only the taste but also the atmosphere of the restaurant.
I didn't want to go again.

テイクアウトで使われることをオススメします。

上が教育をしていないんでしょうか？それとも本人たちの問題なんでしょうか？
どちらにせよ行くことはおすすめしません。
わざわざお金払って嫌な思いをしにいくようなものです。
おうちでお好み焼きを食べましょう！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回はいつだったか覚えてないけど、何年か振りに食べてみた。これでも過去に３〜４回は来ているお店です。このお店の特徴は全員カウンターでヘラで食べたい人には嬉しいですね。
自分が同業者になってからは初めての来店でした。出来上がりの見た目は綺麗に形作られて美味しそうに見えましたが、お好み焼きが全体的に熱々ではなくぬるいのがとても残念でしたね。キャベツも火が通ってなく、甘味も全くなく、シャキシャキする部分もあった。オニオンスライスも入ってても野菜の甘みが引き出せてない感じの残念なお好み焼き。あと一番残念なのが魚粉が大量に入っていて口の中が魚粉くさくなる。麺もイカ天も美味しくなかったです。
もう食べない方がいいと思った。
クチコミ評価が低いのも頷けるお店です。
I don't remember when it was last time, but I tried it for the first time in a few years. Even this is a shop that has visited 3-4 times in the past. The feature of this shop is that everyone who wants to eat with a spatula at the counter is happy.
It was my first visit to the store since I became a trader. The finished product looked nicely shaped and delicious, but it was a shame that the okonomiyaki wasn't hot overall and was lukewarm. The cabbage was not cooked, had no sweetness, and had some crispy parts. A disappointing okonomiyaki that doesn't bring out the sweetness of vegetables even with onion slices. The most disappointing thing is that there is a lot of fishmeal in my mouth and it makes my mouth look like fishmeal. Neither the noodles nor the squid heaven was delicious.
I thought it was better not to eat anymore.
It is a nod shop that has a low word-of-mouth evaluation.

お好み焼きのそば肉玉子(750円)を頂きました。
麺は茹でた麺でモチモチです。魚粉がしっかり効いています。
全席カウンターでしたが、取り皿をくれるので箸でも食べられます。
美味しく頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そば、イカ入りをいただきました。いり粉の風味がとてもよく、もっちりしたそばでおいしかったです。ボリュームも満点でお腹いっぱいになりました。
皆様話題にあげてます店員さん。やっぱり声は小さめでもちゃんと言ってますよ。「らっしゃい」職人といえばよく聞こえますが、まぁ寡黙ですね。
特に鉄板に立つ男性二人は仲が悪いのかな？でも何となく連携しているような。お客さん見てないかな？と思っていたらコップの水が無くなるかもーってタイミングでおかわり入れてくれます。どんどんくれます。席を立とうかなってタイミングでもくれます。
悪く言いたいのではなく、そんな無言の店員のコントとして見てしまって、それはそれで有りかなぁ。とおもいます。
