★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was cherry blossom viewing time. I was there for only a short time. The blossoms were lovely but it was very crowded. The park is spacious and provides plenty of room for jogging or relaxing most of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful autumn foliage, especially the trees near the playground get a stunning rusty orange shade. The leaves are allowed to stay on the ground on the grilling hillock area and it is wonderful to wade through them. Brings back childhood memories. I wish all Japanese parks allowed the leaves to stay on the ground.
