落ち着いた雰囲気の店でした。
接客はしつこさとわざとらしさがなく優しい感じでした。
赤坂のイタリアンだが地元の店に居るような感覚になった。
私は好きな店でした。

今日はからすみのスパゲッティ。ランチにはやや高いけど、満足度で帳消し以上。
スタッフの方に丁寧に対応いただき、お礼も込めて投稿しました。

席は空いていても片付けが間に合わない様子。
おしぼりやカトラリーがセットされたのは6分後。
⚫ランチA 1300円(税込)
・前菜仕立てのサラダ
牛もも肉の生ハムは、黒胡椒の香りが凄くて、それだけではない華やかな柑橘っぽい香りと少し熟成したお肉の香り。
塩気はきつめ。
ドレッシングは油が乳化していて、
ビネガーが効いていて美味しい。
キッシュかと思ったらオムレツ。
じゃがいもとズッキーニの薄切りがミルフィーユ状に重なっていて、玉子の香りがしっかり。
・海老とパプリカ、トマトのリングイネ
想像と違った。
リングイネに惹かれてこれにしたものの、オイル系でがっかり?⤵️
えびの火入れは抜群なものの、
３つしか入ってなくて、オイルも乳化してなくて、パスタは柔らかめ。
ほんのりガーリックの香りと塩加減は、薄口の私には超特急良かったです。
・パン
フォカッチャは、カリッとしっとり。
タイムかなオレガノかな、ハーブの香りと小麦粉の臭いが強め。
うーん。
バケットの薄切りは、半生グリッシーニみたい。
パスタにソースが無かっただけに、
食べきるのは困難でした。
・コーヒー
酸味は少なく苦味しっかり。
紙フィルターみたいな臭いがちょっと。
ビスコッティ付きは嬉しい?
でも、イタリアンってやっぱり炭水化物祭……。
こちらは人気店みたいなので楽しみにしていたのですが、
残念ながら満足出来ませんでした(T^T)
更に、クレジットも取り扱いがあるのですが、
使わせてもらえませんでした⤵️
