 I was able to enjoy Japanese sake. Above all, the hospitality of the owner and the couple was perfect and I had delicious sake and appetizers. Finally, the smoked mackerel was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お酒も料理も美味しくて、女将さんも大将もすごーくあったかくて、近くじゃないからいつもは来れないけど近くに行ったら絶対に行きたい店でした！だから、お勧めしてみんなでいこうと楽しみに来たら女将さんにまさかの冷たい対応をされました。私も自分で予約しなかったから、仕方ないところもあるのかもしれませんが、それにしてもあんな冷たい態度は無いと思いました。目も合わさず、エプロンを結びながら「今日は常連のお客様だけなので。。さーお見かけした事ありませんね。」なんて、本当に酷かったです。大口のお客様にはそんなことはしないのでしょうが、悲しい気持ちになりました。
The sake and food were delicious, and the landlady and the general were so warm that I couldn't always come because it wasn't nearby, but I definitely wanted to go there! So, when I recommended it and came to look forward to going with everyone, the proprietress gave me a cold response. I didn't make a reservation myself, so it may be unavoidable, but I didn't think there was such a cold attitude. I didn't even look at him, and while tying his apron, he said, "Today, I'm only a regular customer ... I've never seen you." It was really terrible. I don't think that would be the case for large customers, but I felt sad.

日本酒が本当に美味しくて気持ちよく酔いました。また絶対行きます。
Delicious sake and delicious rice. I fell in love with the friendly and friendly shopkeeper. A sense of security like your parents' home. I got a lot of snacks on my way home lol
The sake was really delicious and I got drunk comfortably. I will definitely go again.

A shop I found in Akasaka Mitsuke.
The variety of sake is also wonderful, and all the special dishes are delicious.
Both the landlady and the general are wonderful shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally turned us away before we got into the restaurant because we spoke English. We knew there probably wasn't going to be an English menu and would have been fine just using a translator to figure out what we wanted. Not tourist friendly. There's a better Izakaya around the corner that will work with tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place. More oriented around sake, but they have Yebisu on tap too. Food was really great, but if you don’t speak and more importantly read handwritten Japanese, you shouldn’t go. The master and his wife are very nice, but speak about zero English.

My husband and I went here with a friend of ours who’s a local and we had a great experience. The owner’s don’t speak English so i know if we went to this izakaya by ourselves we would have trouble communicating with them. But thanks to our friends we had a great time!
This izakaya has tons of sakes to choose from the owner will gladly pick a sake for you :)
