★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の問い合わせをしたところ、担当者の都合で指定日時にかけ直すよう言われ、そのようにかけ直しましたが、代表の方が電話に出られて、担当者に予定が入っており何時になるかわからないが折り返すとの事。
こちらも忙しい中、日程を調整して電話をかけているので、上記の事情を話した所、「ははっ、クレームですか」といきなり馬鹿にした口調で突っかかってきました。とても威圧的だったので、こちらの不動産業者とお付き合いするのが難しいと感じました。
When I inquired about the property, I was told to call back at the specified date and time due to the circumstances of the person in charge, and I made the call again, but when the representative answers the phone and the person in charge has a plan, what time will it be? I don't know, but it will turn back.
I am making a phone call while adjusting the schedule even though I am busy, so when I talked about the above situation, I suddenly slammed in a ridiculous tone, "Is it a complaint?" It was so intimidating that I found it difficult to deal with this real estate agent.
