さ	さとし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低な対応経験でじ。急に走らなくなり持ち込み。ラジエーターホースが壊れていると診断され2万で交換、その後取り付けたらモーターも壊れているので3万かかると言われ、やめても2万かかるともいわれ後にも引けない状況で3万追加。直りましたと連絡を受け引き取り6キロくらい走り同じ現象で車が急に動かなくなった。その時に遅い時間だったが対応してくれた、ここだけが良かった。その帰り道に担当者は今までかかった費用の返金などの言葉があった。 2.3日後診断で違うラジエーターホースが壊れてましたので追加費用がかかると言われた。他のところならまだしも違うラジエーターホース壊れた。もう直す時間もお金ももったいないので、話にあったように返金して欲しいと伝えた。しかしその担当者の話で上司には許可を取っていない話だと言われた。その後次の週に連絡すると言ったが1ヵ月経つが未だ連絡ない。こんな雑な対応、プロとして有り得ない。 With the least experience.
