★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤城あんな(CV:芹澤優）を思いついて訪問。
上毛電鉄と東武桐生線が発着。両社とも昼間は1時間に２本だが東武の１本は特急りょうもう号なので東武の普通列車は１時間に１本だけです。
簡単なお土産も売っています。ただし現金のみ。
上毛電鉄はICカードは利用できません。
 I came up with Anna Akagi (CV: Yu Serizawa) and visited.
Jomo Electric Railway and Tobu Kiryu Line depart and arrive. Both companies have two trains per hour in the daytime, but one train from Tobu is the Limited Express Ryomo, so there is only one regular train per hour from Tobu Railway.
We also sell simple souvenirs. However, cash only.
IC cards cannot be used with Jomo Denkitetsu.

「新大間々駅」
に改名するといいと思います。
→旧大間々町の中心にある
上毛電鉄と東武鉄道桐生線の駅
とてもいい駅です。
相老駅からは「わ鐵」に接続でき、
ミニトリップにおすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武鉄道なら浅草から特急でも延々2時間以上、結構遠い駅である。また上毛電鉄唯一の他社線乗換駅でもある。構内踏切や駅員による出札・改札口、列車交換等、地方駅にふさわしい雰囲気を持っている。上毛電鉄では主要駅で電車乗客への無料自転車貸し出しをやっているが、当駅にもあり、ここを起点にのんびりと大間々の市街を見て回るのもよい。
The Tobu Railway is a station that is quite far from Asakusa, even if it is a limited express train, for more than 2 hours. It is also the only transfer station for other companies' lines on Jomo Electric Railway. It has an atmosphere suitable for a local station, such as railroad crossings on the premises, ticket gates and ticket gates by station staff, and train exchanges. 平日の午前中に行ったのですが、見事に人がいませんでした。

駅周辺はこれといって何もなく、赤城山へのアクセス駅でもありません。
みどり市大間々地区の中心駅です。
赤城山へはJR前橋駅からバスでのアクセスとなります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和の時代では、この駅から移動してのロープウェイで赤城山アクセスが出来たようです。だから「赤城駅」。
冬は湖でスケート。
スキー場はあの「猪谷千春」さんが滑りまくったと言う逸話があります。
雪がない気節なら周辺の山々で山登り、ハイキングとかでしょうか。
大沼周辺には会社の保養所、宿泊施設も多かった様です。
赤城山への玄関口だったのです。
今はのどかなんです。ホントはもっと利用者であふれた駅になって欲しいのが、個人的な今の気持ちです。
東武お願いしますと、上電しっかりしろが本音です。

浅草からの特急りょうもう号で向かいました?コロナ禍での車両の新旧入れ替えで６両から３両編成になってしまったため途中では車内が混雑状態でした?
地方の乗換駅という感じですね✨
