★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このラーメン屋さんには味噌ラーメンでも、白、赤、黒の3種類あります。今回は赤と連れが黒を注文して、食べ比べましたが、黒がニンニクが効いてるのか濃厚な感じ！赤も味噌が濃いのですが、黒よりも酸味の効いたような味わい。オススメしたいのが備え付けのニラや辛子高菜を刻んだ小さい壺に入った辛味ですね。これをライスに入れて、ラーメンのチャーシューと少々のスープを入れて口にかき込む！これはうましですよ！！

白味噌、赤味噌、黒味噌あり、おすすめはそれぞれ一番高い○味噌煮豚めんという(￣▽￣;)
特に飛び抜けた感もなく普通かな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日はドライブでラーメンを食べたい気分でしたのでそうまの道の駅で検索したところ、こちらがヒットしたので早速来てみました。
頼んだメニューは黒味噌と彼女が白味噌、どちらの味もメニュー欄に書いてある通り、黒はまろやか、白はあっさりとした味でとてもおいしかったです。
チャーシューが、濃いめの味付けがされており、途中で食べると味にアクセントがついて絶妙なバランスを出していました。海苔も味変出来て、味の変化球を楽しめる仕様に思えます。
次回、こちらにドライブした時またよりたいと思います。
今日は美味しいラーメンありがとう！ご馳走様でした^_^
