★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 困ったことがあり、相談しようと電話すると、受付の女性が非常に迷惑そうに多忙につき紹介以外は受け付けていませんとのこと、HPには、たいそうな理念が掲げられていましたが、とてもそんな素晴らしい理念のもと仕事をしているとは思えませんでした。
相当困って勇気を出して電話したのに、とてもショックでなりません。
まあ、まず電話の出方、対応からして最悪で、相談できていたとしても解決できていたとは到底思えなかったので、逆に良かったと思いましたが。
中学生でももう少しマトモに電話に出ますよ（笑）
受付の女性のおかげで、無駄なお金使うことにならず本当に良かった。その点はありがとうございました。
