★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通院半年程度の時期に一度相談して依頼するか電話でお話を伺ったところ、怪我の状態も碌に聞きもせず「こんな感じのムチウチじゃ後遺障害認定なんて取れませんよ、100万円未満の慰謝料で勉強だと思って諦めて、また今度事故に遭ったら交渉してあげるから」とあしらわれ不愉快な思いをしました。茨城県交通事故実績NO1等とインターネットの弁護士紹介でされてますがよく吟味して自分の相性の良い弁護士を探したほうが良いですね…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最高の先生でした。予想を遥かに上回る慰謝料を回収していただき大満足です。私は茨城の交通事故を主に担当している弁護士全てを調べ、解決事例とその回収額を相対的に判断して、最も回収額が多い上田先生に依頼しました。私が依頼した時はあまりに人気があるせいか断られてしまいましたが、まだ治療中であったため半年でも待ちますとお願いしたところすぐに引き受けていただきました。私としては思った通り最高の弁護士だと胸を張っておススメできます。対応も素晴らしく、交渉も長けておりここはさすが交通事故を専門としてるだけはあるなと感じざるおえません。また被害者の事を第一に考えてたった少しでも慰謝料の額を上げるために尽力してくれる素晴らしい先生でした。他の弁護士なら労力と見合わないため被害者側を説得して早く示談させると言うことも聞いたことありますが、上田先生はそんな事ありません。茨城では交通事故ならば間違いなく群を抜いた弁護士であると確信しています。ただ非常に人気がある弁護士であるため、依頼する際はすぐに頼んだ方がよろしいと思います。
