★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社の物流センターの求人を見て、ダメもとで電話をしたら「女性でもできる仕事がありますから現場を見てください」と言われて、面接に行きました。
面接中は「フォークリフトの免許は後で取らせる」とか「パソコンも教える」「病院の診察日もシフトを調節する」等と是非とも入社して欲しい感をおもいっきり出していて、止めに「４日後に電話するのでそれまでに入社日をハッキリしておいて」と言ったので、あわてて会社に退職の意向を伝えたら、電話がかかって来ることはなく、挙げ句こっちから問い合わせてみたら、人事の人は現場の人から何も聞かされていなくて「まだ採用するかは決めていない」と言われて、ひどいめに遭いました。
会社の面目のためあわてて「採用する」と云われたけど、そんなんで入社してもいずらくてしょうがないので、こっちから断らせてもらいました。
人の生活がっかかっていることなのに、あまりにいい加減な対応にムカつきました。
入社希望の人はよく考えた方がいいかも知れないですよ。

During the interview, he said, "I'll get my forklift license later," "I'll teach you a computer," "I'll adjust the shift on the hospital consultation date," and so on. I'll call you later, so make sure you have a clear date of joining the company by then. "So, if I hurriedly told the company that I wanted to retire, I wouldn't get a call, so I asked him about the personnel affairs. The person in the field hadn't heard anything and was told that he hadn't decided whether to hire him yet, and he was terrified.
I was rushed to "hire" because of the company's face, but I couldn't help joining the company because of that, so I declined from here.
Even though people's lives are at stake, I was sick of the sloppy response.
Those who wish to join the company may need to think carefully.
