き	きき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この仲介会社に依頼しないことを強くお勧めします。以下のような信じ難い対応をされました。 ①『〇〇日入居で問題ございません』と断言したにも関わらず、引っ越しまで1週間を切った頃にその日の引越しには間に合いません。といった連絡が来ました。既に今は住んでいるマンションの退去手続きや転出届の提出、引っ越し業者への依頼も済ませていたのでかなり困惑しました。 ②問題ございませんと断言した仲介会社に、明らかに非があるにもかかわらず、①について問い詰めたところ、『こういうこともありますよ』『契約前なので違反ではありません』『いつでもキャンセルしていただいて結構です』など、全く誠意の感じられない発言をされました。 ③全く信用できなくなってさまったので契約キャンセルをした際に、電気・ガス・水道会社へのキャンセルはこちらで行いますと言っていたにもかかわらず、一切キャンセルが行われておりませんでした。そのため引っ越しするはずだった日にガス会社から問い合わせのお電話があり、私だけでなくライフラインの会社にも被害がありました。信じられません。結局私がキャンセルをしました。このような仲介会社もあるのだと知っていただくためにも事細かく明記いたしました。これから引っ越しを考えている方のご参考になればと思います。 We strongly recommend that you do not ask this intermediary company.
