他社でも部屋探しをしていたのですが、迷っている物件の話をすると直ぐに調べていただいて、提案いただいた物件の優良をアピールしていただき信頼できる対応をいただきました。

入居前からトラブル多発しました。
初めの頃はこまめにやり取り頂いておりましたが、クレーマーとみなされたのか、対応に誠意が感じられなくなりました。
（不当なクレームは1件もしておらず、結果的に全てこちらの指摘通りに対応して頂いています。）
潔くミスをミスと認められず、相応の対応を考えることができず、こちらが動かなければ何もしてもらえません。
仮契約の段階で担当者の方にレビュー投稿をお願いされたためその場で星5をつけておりましたが、このレビューがそのまま残っているのは良くないと思い、評価の更新と追記をさせて頂きました。

I had a lot of troubles before I moved in.
At the beginning, I had a lot of communication, but I couldn't feel sincerity in dealing with it, probably because it was regarded as a complaint.

I can't really recognize a mistake as a mistake, I can't think of a proper response, and if it doesn't work, I won't get anything.
At the stage of the provisional contract, the person in charge asked me to post a review, so I gave it a star 5 on the spot, but I thought that it is not good that this review remains as it is, so I asked him to update and add the evaluation. I had you.
