ミ	ミルクキャラメル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主がうるさい。入ってすぐに自慢話。昔テレビに出た時の写真や昔銀座の有名店で修行していた時の写真とか見たくもないのに渡されて過去の栄光にがっつりしがみついてます。(笑)水を出してくれたけど「50万円する水です」「とても身体に良い水です」「浄水器が50万円したんだけどね」とかいちいちうるさい。料理作ってるのにマスクもしないでしゃべってばかり。焼きそばは普通。ラーメンはビックリするほど不味かった。全然味がしないくらい薄い。スーパーの袋に入った自分で作るラーメンの方が１００倍うまい。お客様も全然居なかった訳がわかりました。２度と行かないです。 The shop owner is noisy. コ	コーキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年ぶりかで食べに行ってみたら、何だかあれこれ変わってしまった様で、店主の賑やかさは相変わらずも、メニューが無くなって4品から選ぶタイプ、おまけに値段が無い。ちなみにと三つ星焼そばの値段を聞いてみたら、1500〜2000円ですとの返事、・・・は？値段がアバウトなの？人によって値段が変わる謎システム？どうやら高級寿司店のシステムを導入したらしい。とりあえず十文字ラーメンと横手焼そばのセットを注文、これだけは値段が表示してある。焼そばは甘めのタレでそれなりに美味しい、が、十文字ラーメンのなんと不味い事、薄味過ぎてほぼスープに味が無い。おまけに麩が入って無いし、先輩が頼んだチャーシューラーメンの大盛りにはチャーシューすらも入っていない。胡椒を山ほど掛けて食べても、味の無いスープには何の助けにもならない。ジャスコ店時代から割と美味しいラーメンだったのに、こうも味が変わってしまうと店主の味覚を疑うしか無い。道理でお昼時にも関わらず誰も居なかった訳だ、多分もう行く事は無いと思う。 When I went to eat for the first time in a few years, it seemed that something had changed, and although the owner's liveliness remained the same, the menu was gone and there was no price to choose from four items. Yakisoba is a sweet sauce and delicious as it is, but what a bad thing about Jumonji ramen, it is too light and the soup has almost no taste. As a bonus, there is no fu, and the large serving of char siu ramen that my senior ordered does not even contain char siu. Sprinkling a ton of pepper on it doesn't help a tasteless soup. The ramen has been delicious since the days of the Jusco store, but if the taste changes like this, there is no choice but to doubt the taste of the owner. It makes sense that no one was there even at noon, so I don't think I'll be there anymore.

He is so friendly, warm, generous and hardworking! The food is absolutely delicious, with a simple menu of only 4 dishes. Having cooked these 4 dishes since opening in 1972, his cuisine is crafted to perfection.
