★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東山温泉か芦ノ牧温泉に宿泊する人はチェックインまでに無料で荷物を届けてくれるサービスあり、なんだけどその告知が徹底されていないから、市内観光のためにコインロッカーに入れてしまってから気付いた(笑)
だから払い戻してくれと冗談言ったら明るく笑って「ごめんなさいね」って
接客は全然悪くなかったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月30日15時過ぎ、若い女性の方がひとり。高速バス乗り場の場所を聞いたら顔も向けず「そんなことわからないの？」とでも言いたげな返事と態度。上の方も書いていますがまず人ですね。宿ではスタッフの皆さんの笑顔で癒されましたが、旅の最後に不快な思いをして残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘が小学校の修学旅行で街中周遊バス?ハイカラ運転手に行先を確認しようと声を掛けた所、返事が[早く乗れ]と だけ言われ大人の態度にガッカリして帰って来ました。観光地なのに会津の方は思いやりのない方々が要るのでしょうか？娘の嫌な思い出と会津若松の観光地としての印象は最悪?⤵️⤵️
子供だから？横柄な態度接客なら他の観光客にも影響があるのでは‼️

特に食べ物屋はいろいろな場所の、特産を活かしたお店を教えていただいたのでかなり参考になりました。
会津若松では、七日町駅へ向かう途中の野口英世青春通り(商店街や新撰組関連)、鶴ヶ城、温泉、などを観光地として、その周囲に酒蔵や食べ物屋が多いです。移動方法は周遊バス、レンタルサイクルが便利だと思います。
ここでやりたいことと何があるかを聞いてから、街に出たほうが楽しめると思います。併せて移動方法も聞くと効率が良いです。
