★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市営飯盛山駐車場の隣、巡回バスのバス停脇にある。同じ棟には公衆トイレもありこちらは、身障者（車椅子）の方にも対応。また、鶴ヶ城等へ乗り捨て可能なレンタサイクルの貸し出し（有料）も可能。案内所の人は気さくで親切。地図や旅行ガイドも準備されていてすごく助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「駐車場無料！」と謳いながら車を停めると「お買い物しないと有料だよ。」という品のない商売をしている店が多いこの界隈（ここだけではなく全国の観光地で時折見られますが）では、貴重な無料駐車場です。東側にある舗装された駐車場はその手の駐車場ですので、間違わないようにご注意を。
