新型コロナウイルスの事もあり、事前に電話連絡をしましたが、電話での受け答えや話し方も丁寧でわかりやすかったです。
事務の方は☆5なのですが、問診に来た看護師さんや薬局の薬剤師さんにとても冷たくされ、説明もなく命令のような話し方をされて、すごく悲しい気持ちになりました。
ですので、評価を☆2に下げさせていただきます。
