馬刺しは薄くカットされているので、口の中でとろけます。辛いタレが馬刺しと絶妙なハーモニーを奏でてくれます。
ここに行ったらぜひどてちん丼も食べてほしい…！
自分達は毎回どてちん丼を予約して、必ず食べて帰ります。
会津には数多くの馬刺店がありますが、自分的にはここが1番！
今や人気すぎて入手困難なプレミア日本酒【飛露喜】も飲めます。
