★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３年連続でお世話になっています。子供連れで荷物が多く、会津高原尾瀬口駅から無料送迎バスが出ていてとても助かりました。
スタッフさんたちがとても親切で、子供たちとも気さくに話をしてくれたりとアットホームな雰囲気がとても気に入っています。
また今年も予約が取れたので子供たちもとても楽しみにしています。
 I have been indebted to you for the third consecutive year. I had a lot of luggage with my children, and a free shuttle bus was available from Aizu Kogen Ozeguchi Station, which was very helpful.
The staff are very kind and I like the cozy atmosphere as they talk to the children in a friendly manner.
I also made a reservation this year, so the children are looking forward to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学生時代によく行ったようなスキー宿。部屋は狭くソファーはスプリングがギシギシ言うし、贅沢さはないけど、スタッフはフレンドリーでいい感じ。コロナ禍だからか、夕食はお重に詰めた和定食だったけど、美味しかった。値段の割には十分。ジップラインがあって、ジップライン込みの料金設定だったけど、雨で諦めました。もう一度来て、挑戦してみたいです。
A ski inn that I used to go to when I was a student. The room is small and the sofas are springy and not luxurious, but the staff are friendly and nice. The dinner was a heavy Japanese set meal, probably because of the corona, but it was delicious. Enough for the price. There was a zip line and the price was set including the zip line, but I gave up because of the rain. I want to come again and try.

The employees are very kind and would like to use it again. I stayed for 2 nights, but it was very delicious because I didn't eat any food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ解除が始まった、平日に宿泊。客数がたった2組。寂しいですね。そのためお風呂は悠々と入れました。露天風呂、内風呂、掃除が行き届いていて綺麗です。
部屋はスキーで泊まるホテルと同様古い感じ。冬はスキー客でいっぱいなので普通かなと思います。
ご飯は普通でしたが、朝ごはんの白米が新しく炊いていないと見るからに分かり、ボソボソしていたなんだかなぁと思いました。
Stayed on weekdays when the corona cancellation started. Only 2 groups of customers. I'm lonely. Therefore, I took a bath comfortably. The open-air bath, indoor bath, and cleaning are perfect and beautiful.
The room is as old as a hotel where you can ski. I think it's normal in winter because it's full of skiers.
The rice was normal, but when I saw that the white rice for breakfast wasn't cooked, I wondered if it was messy.

部屋も清潔で食事も美味しく、スタッフの方々も親切でした。
朝のお風呂がとてもぬるくて体を温められなかったのが残念でした。
I used it on a ski trip. It is very convenient because it is directly connected to the slopes.
The room was clean, the food was delicious and the staff were kind.
It was a pity that the morning bath was so lukewarm that I couldn't warm my body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スキーのため冬シーズンは毎月のように利用させてもらっています。
和洋室は広くて快適。和室に長押があり、ハンガーもたくさんあるので洋服・スキーウェアなどかけられてとても便利。畳がリニューアルされていた。来年はカーペットが変わっていることを期待。
お風呂は深夜も入れて嬉しい。食事は美味しくボリュームも十分、食べきれない。
しかし、バイキングでない時の食事、とくに子供メニューは何回行っても内容は同じ。幼児には食べきれる量でもない。メニューの改善を望む。
Because of skiing, I use it almost every month during the winter season.
The Japanese and Western rooms are large and comfortable. There is a long press in the Japanese-style room, and there are many hangers, so it is very convenient to hang clothes and ski wear. The tatami mats were renewed. Expect the carpet to change next year.
I'm glad to take a bath even at midnight. The food is delicious and the volume is sufficient, so I can't eat it.
However, the contents are the same no matter how many times you go to the meal when it is not a buffet, especially the children's menu. It is not enough for infants to eat. I hope the menu will be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日埼玉の方から学校の団体の客としてお世話になりました。料金などの細かいところまでは分からないですが、とても良いホテルでした。第一ホテルの方々の対応がとても優しく、僕たち団体の客が来ても冷静にかつ最高品質の接客をしてくれます！部屋の方も広すぎず狭すぎずで丁度良い広さでした！また、それぞれの部屋にベランダがあり、冬には会津の美しい冬景色を、夏には会津の素敵な山々を一望することができます。それに、部屋には収納も多く、バスルームもあるので、設備の方もバッチリです！
スキーのインストラクターさんの教え方がとても分かりやすかったです。とにかくここ会津高原アストリアホテルはとても素晴らしいホテルでした。もし会津の方に来る予定がある方は、是非ここ会津高原アストリアホテルに泊まっていってください。

The people at Daiichi Hotel are very kind, and even if our group of customers come, they will calmly and provide the highest quality customer service! The room wasn't too big and not too small, it was just the right size! In addition, each room has a veranda, where you can overlook the beautiful winter scenery of Aizu in winter and the wonderful mountains of Aizu in summer. Besides, the room has a lot of storage and a bathroom, so the facilities are perfect!
The teaching method of the ski instructor was very easy to understand. Anyway, the Aizu Kogen Astoria Hotel was a wonderful hotel. If you plan to come to Aizu, please stay here at the Aizu Kogen Astoria Hotel.
