★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和24年・・創業約70年。掛塚街道(150号線沿い)にあって地元で愛されるお好み焼きの店。
店内はテーブル席とカウンターで10席あまり。カウンターの向こうには鉄板があり、おかあさんが手際よくコテを振るっている。ちなみにご主人はホール担当。
ちゃんぽん(肉) 650円。焼きそばを遠州焼きで包んである。生地の中にはもちろんタクアンが混ぜ込まれているよ。優しい味だなあ。コテコテのお好み焼きとは一味違う。
焼きそば(肉) 450円。土曜日のお昼に母親が作ってくれた味を思い出す。味が足りなかったら足してね、とソースを置いてってくれたので、ちょっとかけてみる。スパイシーさが増してこれもいい。
かき氷(小豆ミルク)も頼んでみた。小豆は北海道産小豆で作った自家製とのことで大変おいしい。自然な香りと甘みが生きてる。ミルクは練乳かな。なつかしい味。
何世代に渡って通ってる地元のお客さんも多いと思う。いい時間を過ごしました。

I also ordered shaved ice (red bean milk). The azuki beans are homemade from Hokkaido azuki beans and are very delicious. The natural scent and sweetness are alive. Is milk condensed milk? Nostalgic taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの 懐かしく感じるお好み焼き屋さんです。昭和24年が創業との事で 当時は 店に入ると 駄菓子が並び 奥に入ると 焼きそばや お好み焼きが頂けたと女性店主さんが おっしゃってました。僕らの子供の頃は 定番で あちこちに有りましたが 最近はめっきり減りました。夏になると かき氷やクリームぜんざいが頂けます。秋~春は お汁粉、みそおでん、甘酒が有ると云う事なので楽しみ☺️今日 初めて来ました。お好み焼き(遠州焼き)を お店で頂き ミックス焼きそばはテイクアウト！駐車場は お店の前の路地を入った 砂利道に有ります。基本 日、月曜日が定休日になります。また 一軒 いい お店が増えました?おっと ガラスケースには 浜松産のトリイソースと お赤飯も有りました！

昭和に戻ったようです。
お好み焼きは、遠州焼きです。
ちゃんぽんは、焼きそばを遠州焼きで包んであります。両方食べたい方にはおすすめです。
両方食べたい私はちゃんぽんを頼みました。
麺は細麺で薄味。焼きそばを頼んだ方には薄かったらソースかけてねってソースもってきて言ってたから、あえて薄味になってるのかな。ちゃんぽんを頼んだ私たちのテーブルにはソースがこなかったけど。
お好み焼きは、ボリュームあって食べがいありました。ソースは甘すぎない感じかな。
駐車場は道路渡った先にあります！

浜松生まれのトリイソースで味付けされている。今は、ブルドック、カゴメ、コーミ、おたふくが支流で慣れているせいか？少し味が薄く感じてしまう。
お好み焼きは、大盛りを頼んだからか？具材が少なく感じ、焼きそばは、極細麺だった。
あとサイドメニューとして、おでん(こんにゃく、たまご)もう少し甘い赤味噌の方が…。
だし巻き卵は、焼き立てかと思いきや陳列されている商品提供でした。
