★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろいろとうるさい。特にゴミには厳しい。決められた日時で捨てるのはもちろん、決められた日時外で捨てるとゴミを共有スペースに晒され、引き取らないといけない。引き取らなかった場合は防犯カメラをチェックされ、該当者に戻される。また退去時のルールもかなり面倒。敷金を払ってるはずなのに細かく掃除をしていないと立ち会い時にしつこく言われ、説教される。部屋自体にはかなり満足しているが、今後の家探しの際には管理会社(不動産会社)の面倒さもきちんと注視していくべきだと学んだ。
