★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宝石店だが入りやすい雰囲気だった(店員が皆私服のせいか、、)。いらないジュエリーを売りになん店舗か行ったが、目の前で計測したり見積書の説明も丁寧でここがいちばん信頼できた。
It was a jewelry store but the atmosphere was easy to enter (because all the clerks were in plain clothes, ...). I went to some stores to sell jewelry that I didn't need, but the measurements and quotations in front of me were meticulous, and this was the most reliable.

本当は、持ち込んだものを全て買い取ってもらうつもりでしたが、ダイヤはリメイクの案内をしてくれて、手出しが少しありましたが売却したお金と少しの手出しで素敵な宝石になりました。
今はヘビーローテーションで使用しています。

In fact, I was going to buy everything I brought in, but the diamond gave me a guide to the remake, and although there was a little handout, the money I sold and a little handout turned out to be a nice jewel.
Now I use it for heavy rotation.

母からの形見の立て爪のダイヤをリフォームしに行きました。
ちょっと金額が予想より高かったので、とりあえずサイズだけ直してもらうことにしたのですが、受け取りに行くと明らかに大きさと輝きが違いました。
そのことを言うと担当の人に、絶対にそんなはずはない、ダイヤはつけっぱなしで直したから外していないのでありえない、と言われました。
絶対におかしいと思い鑑定書も持って行っていたのでもう一度調べて欲しいと言うと、しばらくして「すみませんでした」と言われました。
違うダイヤだったそうです。有り得ません。。。
結局元のダイヤは別のところにあったらしく元に戻りましたが、本当にこれがそうなのかはわかりません。。。
何の説明もありませんでした。
本当に怖い思いをしました。。。
ちゃんとしたところだと思ったのに、あとで調べてみたらリフォームはあまり進めずに買い取りを進められることが多い店のようです。
私のダイヤも売られるところだったのでしょうか。。。
もう近寄りたくなく、コメントを書くのも嫌ですが、他の方の参考になればと思い書きました。

I went to renovate the diamond of my mother's standing nails.
The price was a little higher than expected, so we decided to fix it for the time being, but when we went to pick it up, the size and brightness were clearly different.
When saying that, the person in charge told me that it was absolutely impossible, and that the diamond was fixed without being removed because it was fixed.
I thought that it was absolutely strange, so I took my certificate with me and asked him to check it again.
It was a different diamond. Not possible. . .
Eventually, the original diamond seemed to be somewhere else, but I don't know if this is true. . .
There was no explanation.
I was really scared. . .
I thought it was a proper place, but when I looked into it later, it seemed like I could often go ahead with buying without having to remodel.
Was my diamond sold? . .
I don't want to get any closer and I don't want to write a comment, but I thought it would be helpful for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、宝石の修理で利用しました。
高島屋の中でも少し奥まったところにあり、よく高島屋は利用するのですが、あることを知りませんでした。
高島屋のインフォメーションで場所を聞かないと、分からないかもしれません。
ネックレスが切れてしまっていて、気に入ったものだったので直したくていきました。
利用しましたが、定員さんが、他にも使ってないジュエリーがないかを聞いてくれました。確かに。。。祖母からもらった宝石が数点あったのを思い出して、修理してもらったジュエリーを受け取る際に、試しに持っていってみてもらいました。
ネックレスの受け取りのとき（ネックレスは切れたチェーンだけ直すのではなく、ピカピカに磨かれてきれいになってもどってきました！！）20点前後持っていったのですが、店員さんが全部それぞれ見てくれて、緑色の石と赤色の石があったのですが、宝石の種類がわからないからといって預かってくださり、本社で宝石の種類を確認してくれました。
今まで気にも留めたことなかったので、この機会によし！調べてもらおう！とおもいました。
結果を聞きにいったらルビーとエメラルドでした。
割と大きな石がついていたのと、鑑定士？の先生もイベントでたまたまお店にいて宝石の種類などを詳しく教えてくれたのでリフォームすることにしました。
宝石の産地とか鉱物学的なこととかも教えていただき、すごく勉強になったのと、鑑定士？の先生のファンになりました。
残りの宝石は、全部売却して（金相場が高い理由なども詳しく店員さんが教えてくれました。ぜんぜんしらないことだらけでした。）リフォームをルビーとエメラルド、どちらもしたのですが、全部売却したお金でまかなえました。
月末に出来上がりが楽しみです。
売却してもらったことで、使ってない宝石は全部見てもらったほうがいいなとおもって、リフォームの受け取りのときに、また持っていこうと思います。
お店の方もとても親切で話しやすく、強引に勧められたりすることもなく、本当に相談できるって感じのお店です。
これから先もお世話になりたいなって思っています。
またひとつ、玉川にお気に入りのお店ができてうれしくて投稿しました。

Tell me about the gemstone's locality and mineralogy, so I learned a lot and an appraiser? I became a fan of my teacher.
The rest of the jewelry was sold (the clerk told me in detail why the gold price was so high. I was covered by the money I sold.
I'm looking forward to the end of the month.
I think that it is better to see all the unused jewelry because I got sold, and I will take it again when I receive the renovation.
