D	Diemer Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the region the Aichi Museum of Flight is second only to Gifu-Kakamigahara Air and Space Museum, and well worth a visit if you're interested in things that fly. Located on Nagoya Airport's runway, you can see domestic flights landing and taking off, as well as the occasional Japan Self-Defense force aircraft. The Museum has roughly ten full size, decommissioned aircraft you can see up close, and most of which you can go inside (three require registration for a guided tour). There is a good amount of information in English, and special activities (best to register in advance as they often fill up before the day) that are great for kids. It's also right next to one of the biggest malls in the area, so convenient for shopping. It's about 20-25 minutes by bus or bicycle from Kachigawa Station on the JR Chuo Line, if you're not coming by car.

Excellent collection of miniature models of all the history defining aero planes are an excellent collection to explore!!!

F	Fabio Stabile de Oliveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an original A-6 "Zero" that is obviously "The Must" of the museun, a Second Word War aircraft fighter well preserved. You can see many Mitsubishi aircraft and helicopters. The museum is very clean and organized. Good for kids learning, but the movies are in Japanese. The explanation of the planes are in English also. The only not so nice point is that there are not so many planes, but for aircraft lovers, continued to be a point of interest.
e	eric soon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed this museum very much even though it doesn't display many aircraft in it. Had the opportunity to tour into YS-11P and EH-101. After the museum tour, do head into the mall next door for great selection of food in the food court located on 3F.
E	Erine Taguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good aircrafts museum next to the Nagoya airport. It’s not too big but good exhibitions! Looks like they use a hanger to the museum. There are some places exhibited. There are fighter Zero from the old days. It is a replica but look nice. And there are many airplane models form some decades ago! You can see the Nagoya airport with wide view from the rooftop! There are la little cafe and souvenir shop. I think it is a good place to drop by when you use the Nagoya airport. Just next stop from the Airport bus! Enjoy!
