坊	坊農知世 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週の土曜日にアグーヘアールアナに行きました５年目の若い男性店員にカラーの後のタオルの中にエプロンが入っていませんでした水圧が強いしシャンプーしてるときにミスして服やアクセサリーなど汚して腹が立ちました翌日に電話して店長の暴言など許せないし服捨ててしまったので焼却場に行って探してこいと偉そうに言われました店に行ったらカラー代や服など返金などしてくれませんでした最悪でした5日間腹が立ちました4回電話したけど返金応じてくれないから本社と消費者センターに連絡しました本社は返すと言ってくれました二度と利用したくないですはやく閉店してほしいですこの店みるとイライラします Last Saturday I went to Agoo Heruorana. N	N M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約時間5分前に行ったのに予約時間から15分待たされました。誰が担当かわからず、いつまで待たされるのかもわからないままだったので不安でした。担当してくれたKさんには、ある部分を切ってほしいと伝えましたが、切ってなかったので帰宅してから自分で切りました(最後にちゃんと確認すれば良かったです。美容師さんの方からその部分をどうするか聞いてきたので、信頼してしまいました)。他店では髪を乾かすときに分け目をどうするか、最後にセットしていくか等聞かれることが多いのですが、特に何もなく、髪の毛を乾かしてオイルをつけて終了でした。 15分遅くはじまったのに、終わったのは当初の終了予定時刻でした。帳尻合わせればいいってもんじゃない（笑）シャンプー中、カラーリングすると髪のタンパク質がどうとか話してましたけど、そういう+αの部分ばかり身につけたって、基本(予約時間を守る、客の希望を覚えておく、帰り道の髪型をどうするか聞く等)ができてないなら意味ないと思います。リーズナブルで気に入っていましたが、もう行きません。 I went 5 minutes before the reserved time, but I had to wait 15 minutes from the reserved time.
