お店の雰囲気もいいし、スタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧。アドバイスもきちんとしてくれるし、不安なくお願いすることができました。

店内は清潔かんがあり素敵でした。
子連れでもキッズルームが隣の席があり安心。 子どもが好きなDVDを持参したらつけらる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この美容院はショートカットが苦手なのでしょうか？どのようにカットして欲しいか聞かれたのでヘアカタログの写真を見せて、このような感じでと説明したら、段をどうするかとか言われ、よく意味が分からなかったのですが段を入れないで欲しいと説明しました。カラーは問題なく行ってもらったのですが、カットは毛先を少し切られただけで、イメージとして提示した写真とは程遠いものでした。このぐらいでどうですかと聞かれたので、もう少し切って欲しいと伝えたのですが、これ以上は無理と言われました。また、前髪ももう少しボリュームを増やしてほしいと伝えたら、これ以上は無理と言われました。今まで切って欲しいと伝えて無理と言われたことはありませんでしたので驚きました。何を言っても無理と言われもう答える気がなくなり早く帰りたいと思いました。無理ならば、これでいいかと聞かないで欲しいです。結局、ほとんどカットしてもらうことができず終了しました。
