知りたいことは事前にまとめておいて積極的に聞こう、聞けば答えてくれる。
コチラから話しかけなければ、タイミングによっては｢いらっしゃいませ｣も無いナリ。
店頭に無い物も取り寄せてはくれる。
ただ、思った以上に各社のカタログの中身については、見てないみたい、店員さんは。
買う気で色々見てる人の方が知ってるよ。
真面目に対応してくれるし、点検修理ももちろん頼めるけど、接客のプロはいなそう。あくまで自転車のプロ。
ミーの場合は、後ろに子乗せを設置した電動アシスト自転車を購入したんですが、色々ネットで調べてから実車を幕張の大きい店舗で跨がせてもらい、確認が済んだ状態で、この店舗にお願いしました。
カタログから注文。お値段も幕張の店舗で出してる価格と合わせてくれました。
細かいオプションが必要かどうかや在庫の状態、値段の確定など、逐一連絡も貰え、無事納車となりました。
イオンバイクなだけあり、イオンのカードを使ってる人は、支払い＆納車を5％オフの日にした方が良いナリ。
好みは別れるけど、個人的には気に入りました。
