★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぼったくり店。タイヤ交換で3万持ってかれた。しかも、色々変えられて普通の空気入れが使えなくなった。害悪店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い店主のお店でした！悪い書き込みをしてる人がいましたが、それは世間から自分がズレてる事に気づいてない方？かな。安いから良い店という考えの人はどこ行ってもダメ！責任感を持ちプロとしてお客さんの安全を考えて仕事をしてるかですからね！またお世話になりたいと思う自転車屋さんでした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金。。。部品をつけるだけなのに最初に言われたのが5000円。ようやくおまけしてもらって4000円。
あとで他の店と料金を比べたら２倍近かった！！
安全に乗ってもらいたいから高いみたいなことを言っておいて結局不具合ありのままで完成？？どういうことでしょうか。
子供の自転車には慣れてないです。
待ってる間の椅子もなく、子供への配慮もない。つかれました。
お金を払った自分に腹が立つ。
おすすめできません。

料金設定も周りの複数店舗と比較しても二倍以上の価格設定。
タイヤ交換 前輪6800円 後輪7500円（普通なら3000～4500円）

なるべく低コストで対応してもらいたいお客の真逆をいく、接客でした

いい勉強になりました泣
店主はイオンの自転車屋さんはダメと言っていました。しかし、翌日ブレーキがきかないことに気づき、結局イオンで直してもらうことに。
こだわりをだいぶ口にして高額取る割には当たり前のことが疎かのようでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前輪は交換するという話で、後輪は中を見てからという話だったため自転車を預けてお金をおろしに行っていたが、帰ってきてみれば後輪も勝手に交換されており、15,600を請求された。終始上から目線で「自転車が壊れたのはお前の乗り方が悪いからだ。」というような口ぶりで気分が悪かったので文句を言う気も失せ、金を払った。今思えば本当にタイヤ交換する必要があるほどだったのかすら怪しい。
