★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬剤師のレベルが低い。定期薬なので、他所でも同じ内容の処方箋を出した事があるが、在庫があるのに薬の受け取りまで3日かかった。処方箋を午前中に出し、夕方になると言うので了承し明日受け取りに来ますと伝えた。翌日正午に行くと、まだ出来ておらずあと数時間かかると返事が。
一般の薬局だと混み合っていても2〜3時間待てば受け取れていました。日を跨いで、薬が準備出来ていなかったのはこちらが初めて。時間がかかった理由が、薬の量が多い事と、他の業務が立て込んでてだそうです。
The level of pharmacist is low. Since it is a regular medicine, I have issued the same prescription at other places, but it took 3 days to receive the medicine even though it was in stock. I issued my prescription in the morning and said that it would be evening, so I agreed and told him that I would come to pick it up tomorrow. When I went to noon the next day, I got a reply saying that it wasn't done yet and it would take a few hours.
Even if it was crowded at a general pharmacy, I could receive it after waiting for a few hours. This is the first time that the medicine has not been prepared over the days. It seems that the reason why it took a long time is that the amount of medicine is large and other work is done.
