あ	あやまろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か利用させて頂いてます。料金面や提供時間、味はとても良いので残念なのですが、接客と衛生面がイマイチだなと感じたので星3です。。理由としては、レジの方に持ち帰りや氷抜きと要望を伝えても、スタッフ同士で連携できておらず、氷が入ったままだったり、そのまま手渡されたり… 再度要望を伝えた際は、ドリンクの担当スタッフさんがこちらに向けて面倒くさそうな表情をされてショックでした。クレープを巻いた手(手袋)に生クリームやチョコレートが付いていても、気にせずその手でビニールに触れて品物を渡されたこともあり、持ち手がチョコまみれでベタベタになったことも何度かあります。 1度ならまぁいいかと思えるのですが、2度3度と同じことをされると、せっかく美味しいお店なのに台無しだなと思います。こういった所はすぐ改善した方が良いのでは… 改善されたら文句なしで星5です。 I have used it several times.
