あ	あさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が... 自転車整備をしている時に必要な部品があったので、この店舗に電話をしてその部品あるかどうかを聞いてみたところ、変な場所に電話を繋がれました。でもその店舗だと思ったので僕が「イオンサイクルショップでしょうか？」と聞いたところ「そちらに繋ぎます」と言われ線を変えられ、やっと繋がれたと思ったら女性の方に繋がれました。その女性の方もどこの店舗？事務所？など大事な部分を名乗らないままでした...しかしお店の人かと思ったので「この部品はおいてありますか？」と聞いたところ店内で確認もなしに「ないです〜」と言われ切られました。実際お店に行ってみると雰囲気は良くてその点は良いのですが、電話対応があまり良くないと感じました。 Phone support ...
