それに修理対応にがっかり。修理したばかりのパーツの交換を勧められる。交換したばかりだと言ってもカスタマーセンターに責任を押しつけるだけでスミマセンの一言もなし。売るだけ売ったら後はどうでもよいのだろうか？
その後本社に抗議しても反応なし。ブランドとしてのプライドを感じない。
aceのカバンを長年愛用していましたがもう二度と使わないと思います。
