★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古住宅を購入するにあたり小杉建築設計事務所さん（勝建設さんも）のホームページを見て依頼しました。
インスペクションと耐震診断をしていただき、おうちのいい所と注意しないといけないところを調査、アドバイスしていただき、安心して購入することができました。
その後も引き続き、耐震補強工事とリフォームも合わせてやっていただいたので、今では不安なく住んでいます。代表の小杉さんは耐震構造にとても詳しく、素人の私にもいろいろとわかりやすく説明してくださいました。
深い知見と技術力を持ち合わせている、安心してお任せできる業者さんです。
When purchasing a second-hand house, I visited the homepage of Kosugi Architects (also Mr. Katsu Construction) and asked for it.
We had an inspection and an earthquake resistance diagnosis, and we investigated and advised on the good points of our house and the points that we should be careful about, so we were able to purchase with confidence.
After that, I continued to do seismic retrofitting work and remodeling, so I am now living without anxiety. Mr. Kosugi, the representative, is very familiar with earthquake-resistant structures and explained various things to me as an amateur in an easy-to-understand manner.
It is a company that has deep knowledge and technical capabilities and can be entrusted with peace of mind.
