★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件契約時にエイブルさんの不手際で賃料を余分に支払わなければいけなくなりました。
100%非があるにも関わらず、返金はできないとのことでした。
オーナー様もこちらの不動産屋はいい加減で信用ならないとおっしゃってました。
担当の40〜50代の男性だけが仕事ができないのかわかりませんが、もう2度と利用したくありません。
お客様に迷惑をかけないよう、真面目に仕事して頂きたいです。
At the time of the property contract, Mr. Able had to pay extra rent due to his inadequacy.
It was said that refunds are not possible even though there is 100% non-refundable.
The owner also said that this real estate agent is sloppy and unreliable.
I don't know if only the man in charge, in his 40s and 50s, can't work, but I don't want to use it again.
I would like you to work seriously so as not to bother our customers.
