★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対して患者が居ないのに待たされる。予約しても4組ぐらいしか居ないのに30分以上待つ。予約の意味が無い。会計は秒なぐらいな速さ。診察順番ももっと早くして欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護師さんは詳しく問診してくれているのに活かされていない感じで。よくカルテ見ないまま診察すすめているなと。だから、こちらからいろいろと言って、え?とかあっそっか‥とか先生言うから、さらに不安。毎回そんな感じで。確かに口コミどおりたんたんとあまり説明して頂けないですし、その症状に対してただその薬を出されている感じ。私はここの先生の処方はあまり好きではない。言えばいろいろ薬は出してくれますが、なかなかここで処方された薬では治らないからもう行かないかな。病名つけられてこの薬出しますだけじゃ、症状が長引いている親は、心配はとれませんし納得できませんよね。

新しい病院なので綺麗です。
キッズスペースもあります。ちょっと狭いかな？アンパンマンの玩具がメイン。
アトピーがとても綺麗になりました。
待ち時間が少し長いような気がしますが、一人一人に丁寧に診療してくれているからだと思います。塗り薬の塗り方も丁寧に教えてくれます。アトピーで通っていますが、離乳食の進み具合も気にしてくれました。卵黄より卵白の方がアレルギーが出やすい、など丁寧に教えてくれました。
30分かけて通院していますが満足しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の病院で酷い扱いをされ、こちらに変えました。新患でもネットで予約できますし、湿疹があったから？新生児だったから？か、通常の待合室ではなく処置室的なマットレスの個別スペースの所で待たせて下さったのですぐ授乳もできて良かった。看護師さんからのどんな症状なのか等事前のヒアリングもすごくしっかりされており先生への引き継ぎも抜け漏れなかったです。また、帰る時に看護師さんから「お母さん大丈夫？お母さんもまだ慣れないから分からない事があって当たり前なんだよ。」と優しく声をかけて下さいました。子供の事で来た病院なのに、傷が癒えるようでした。薬の説明も大変丁寧でわかりやすくこれなら多少待ち時間があっても気にならないです。先生は割と淡々としてますが看護師さんは懇切丁寧です。オススメです。
