レビューを読んでおくべきでした
試着を頼んだら無言で靴を置かれました。酷いを通り越して唖然とします。
二度と利用しません
Used in late January. I thought it would be okay because it was a chain store, but the customer service attitude was the worst, and the female clerks talked all the time without any care.
I should have read the reviews
I asked them to try them on and put their shoes silently. You will be stunned past the terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年1月にここで靴を購入しました。女性店員の態度があまりにひどく、二度と行きたくありません。サイズを試着しようと声をかえた女性スタッフはめんどくさそうに敬語もつかえず、なぜか客側だけ敬語。対応された女性スタッフもタメ口で何をするにもめんどくさそうに対応。物を渡すにも片手で投げ渡すような形。ここまで酷い接客は珍しいくらい。2名中2名酷いということは教育体制も疑います。二度といきません。
I bought shoes here in January 2020. The attitude of a female clerk is so bad that I don't want to go again. The female staff who changed their voice to try on the size couldn't accept honorifics, and for some reason only the customers were honorific. The female staff who responded seemed to be troublesome to do anything with the tongue. A shape like throwing with one hand to hand things. Serious customer service is rare. It is doubtful about the educational system that two out of two people are terrible. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻がギフトカードを購入した時、店員、店長の対応が接客とは言えない非礼な対応をされた。店員がギフトカードの処理が分からず、店長が来てカード支払いをしようと思って、”カードだめ”の一言、現金を渡すと、客を完全に無視して店長が店員に指導し始めて、ちょっとと話しかけると、”はあっ！”という始末。
When my wife bought a gift card, the store clerk and the store manager responded rudely, which could not be said to be customer service. The clerk didn't know how to process the gift card, and the store manager came and tried to pay the card. When I talked to him for a moment, he said, "Oh!"

他店の在庫を調べて確保しようとしてくださり、
忙しい上にこちらでの購入ではないにも関わらず、親切な対応をしてくださいました。
ABCマートの店員さんはあんまり好感が持てない事が多かったのですが、こちらの対応は素晴らしかったと思います。

Please check the inventory of other stores and try to secure it.
He was busy and kindly responded to me even though I didn't buy it here.
The ABC-Mart clerk often didn't like it very much, but I think the response here was wonderful.
