★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の店舗だとサイズの合わないモノ(特に長さ)は勧めてこなかったし、足のために良くないと売らなかった筈なのに、試し履きした上から触って確認して「これくらいならば履いてると皮が馴染む」と言ってきた。足の親指に全く余裕がないくらいなんで、馴染むまでなんて痛くて履いてられないですよ。 ビルケンシュトックは好きなんで、前に買った店舗から購入します。ここでは買わない。
I didn't recommend items that don't fit in size (especially length) at other stores, and I shouldn't have sold them if they weren't good for my feet. If you wear it, the skin will fit in well. " I can't wear it until I get used to it because I can't afford to wear it on my big toe. I like Birkenstock, so I will buy it from the store I bought before. I don't buy it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the heck is going on with this company? I have been buying Birkenstock’s on and off since I was in high school and knew them to be a relatively well built product with solid customer service.
Recently however, the soles of a pair of Boston clogs I bought fell off with about two weeks of light wear on them. An employee at this store told me it would be about 1600yen to fix it. Then when I came back with the shoes they said, that price was for only one shoe, so it would be 3300 yen (okay mistakes happen ??♂️) BUT they then told me it was going to take three months, just to glue on the soles!!! But wait there’s more… a week later they call my cell phone and say that actually the cost of repairs was going to be 5500yen!!?? What!?
I really really don’t want to be the negative review guy— this is actually the first I’ve ever written in my life—but I also spent 5 years in retail/customer service and this situation just blew my mind with its disregard for the customer and lack of accountability for the company and it’s faulty product. Yeah at the end of the day 5500 yen isn’t a big deal, but I think it’s safe to say this will be the last pair of Birkenstock’s I ever own.
