いわゆるカラ求人。最近のグーグル検索はホームページへのアクセスが多いと検索上位表示されるので宣伝目的でハロワに１年中求人を出しているのでしょう。ハロワの求人ページにはホームページへのリンクがしっかりと貼ってあります。見学実習面接で計５回も障害者を就労継続支援A事業所に通わせて不採用にするのは悪質だとハロワ職員も言っていました。良心的な事業所は見学実習の段階であなたが勤務するのは難しいと言ってくれるそうです。
