We phoned then the person who answered said that since we didn't "call them" after making the reservation to confirm, so they didn't know about our reservation..... I don't know how good their food is but as a quite decent and expensive restaurant (¥9000/person), not checking their own reservations and saying that they don't take any responsibility is the worst.
