ダイハツ本体が、どの様な指導をしているのか、疑問です。
スタッフの上から目線はどうにかして頂きたい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲み物だけ出して受付の方はずっとお喋りしたりウロウロ。
家族の車のオイル交換の予約でしたが、車の気になるところを申した所、今日はオイル交換だけの予約なのでまた、別に予約して下さいと言われた。
融通効かないね〜。暇そうなのに。
次回のオイル時期も書いてくれてないし。
また、別の日に点検を予約したら頼んでないのに、勝手にオイル交換された。
点検料金に別途オイル交換料金が加算されていた。
客に聞かずにやってるみたい。
近くに座っていた方も同じく聞かずに色々やられたらしい。ぶつぶつ言ってた。
それに洗車も掃除もしてくれないです。
ちなみにマイカーはホンダですが、オイル交換だけでも気になるところないですか？何でも言って下さい！といつも言ってくれます。
ほんの小さな些細な事でも説明してから料金の話しをしてから作業してくれます。
オイル交換だけでも洗車と室内を掃除してくれます。
なので今度家族の車を買い替える時は近くのホンダでお世話になろうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を購入するときは非常に対応が良いが、修理をお願いするときは対応が残念。代車もなかなか貸していただけない。連絡も来ない。修理に時間がかかる。きれいな場所でコーヒーとお菓子を出せばいいものではないと思います。ダイハツ車が気に入っているだけに残念です。次はほかのお店で新車を買いたいと思います。
When you buy a car, the response is very good, but when you ask for repair, it is disappointing. It is hard to rent a substitute car. I can't get in touch. It takes time to repair. I don't think it would be good to serve coffee and sweets in a clean place. I'm sorry that I like Daihatsu cars. Next time I would like to buy a new car at another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受け付けの人全く笑顔なしで『お飲み物は？』怖いです。お客をジロジロ見ながら友達同士のようにお喋りして気分が悪い！とにかく雰囲気が良くない。ここのお店は車買う時はいいけど後は対応が悪いですね〜まぁもうここでは車かいませんけど！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前伺ったとき「値引きしてほしいなら、スズキとか、他所で買ってならええが。」とアドバイス頂いたので、別のダイハツのお店で値引きもしていただいて車を買わせて頂きました。
知り合いについていったときも同じ事を言ってましたが、そういう対応マニュアルがあるんでしょうか？（笑）
When I visited before, he advised me, "If you want a discount, you can buy it at Suzuki or somewhere else." So I got a discount at another Daihatsu shop and bought a car.
I said the same thing when I followed an acquaintance, but is there such a manual? (smile)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24年ぶりに、13年間勤めさせて頂いた～聖地に足を踏み入れました。ごく最近建て替えた社屋は、綺麗でした。私を知っている人は、片手にも余る状態。
敷居が高く、会社を去って･･･24年間ご無沙汰でした。
私と面識のある4名の方が、言葉を掛けに来てくれた。変わり果てて判らない方も居ました（涙）
接客は、少々不満な点もありました。
しかし、人生最後の愛車を こちらで購入予定。
