k	k tsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日にdocomoからMNP、「1時間程度で開通予定、連絡しますねー」との案内ですが、2時間経過しても連絡なし。4時間後に訪問するも未開通。当日開通を諦めて、翌日連絡を待つ旨伝えるも、日曜日連絡なし、月曜日連絡なし、火曜日連絡なし、水曜日にコチラから連絡すると、2時間後に開通したとの連絡あり。未連絡のお詫びなし、交通費補填なしでした。楽天miniに惹かれて契約しましたが、解約します。 On Saturday, docomo announced MNP, "I will contact you in about an hour, I will contact you", but no contact even after 2 hours. n	n s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天モバイル自体はとても使いやすいと思いますが、なんばウォーク店は最悪でした。検討されている方は、なんばの近くにもたくさん店舗がありますので、他の店舗に行くことをお勧めします。女性の方に対応されたのですが、必要最低限のマニュアルを早口で話すのみ。現在キャンペーン中のお得な情報などは、一切言ってもらえず。たまたま私が友達から聞いていてその情報を知っていたのでこちらからそれを切り出すと、「そうですねー」とかなり嫌そうな顔をされて渋々対応されました。その他、分からないことを質問しても、嫌そうというか馬鹿にしたようなというか、とても不愉快な対応でした。説明もかなり分かりにくいです。待ち時間の間も、他のスタッフとこちらを見ながらヒソヒソ何か話していてとにかく感じが悪かったです。さらに、質問に対する答えがなんだかしっかり来ず、かと言ってこれ以上その方に対応してもらうのも苦痛だったのでその足で近くのあべのキューズモール店に行き同じ内容の質問をしたところ、全く違う答えがかえってきました。なんばウォーク店で言われたことを伝えると、「それは間違いです」とはっきり言ってましたよ。接客も最悪な上に自分の仕事分野の知識もない。なぜここで働いているのか不思議です。(ちなみに、あべのキューズモール店のスタッフの方は皆とても親切で感じが良かったです) 隣のブースで接客していた男性スタッフの方は親切な接客のように見えましたので、なんばウォーク店が悪いというより、その女性スタッフの方に問題があると思います。担当スタッフの方は誰に当たるか分かりませんので、他店舗に行くことをお勧めします。 I think Rakuten Mobile itself is very easy to use, but Namba Walk was the worst. n	na mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても親切丁寧に感じ良く対応いただきました。ありがとうございました。普段はあんまり口コミしないけど、迷っていらっしゃる方の参考になれば　幸いです。予約時間前に伺うと　そのまま対応して下さいました。（たまたまその時は空いていたから対応して下さったんだと思います）自分で乗り換えが出来るか心配だったので、店舗にて申し込みました。私の申し込み中に別の席で年配のお客様入店され、対応されてるスタッフさんの接客態度もとても感じが良かったです。私の申し込みが終了して退店する頃には3名様お待ちのお客様がいらっしゃいました。そんな中でもしっかり対応して下さり　本当にありがとうございました。 They were very kind, polite and pleasant.
