★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this little shrine, scared to Atago, is tidy and well-maintained, it is in itself nothing spectacular. Most shrines to Atago tend to be buried deep in their surrounding forest (Atago is invoked as a protector against forest fires), but this is an exception: the view from the shrine looking out southwards is exceptional.
