★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越しをしてきて口座を作りに行きましたが、受け付けてもらえず。
インターネットで作成したけれど本人認証の不具合で郵送しかできず。
郵送後10日経っても連絡なし。
問い合わせをして、やっとその後郵送されてきました。
そんなこんなしている間にまたシステム不具合のニュースが…。今後のサービスに不安を感じ、他の銀行を使うことにしました。
個人客は相手にしないってことなのかなーという印象です。
I moved and went to open an account, but I couldn't accept it.
I created it on the Internet, but I can only mail it due to a problem with personal authentication.
No contact even 10 days after mailing.
I made an inquiry and finally it was mailed to me.
While doing this, there was news of a system malfunction again ... I was worried about future services and decided to use another bank.
I have the impression that individual customers do not deal with them.
