★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此方のガストは初めて利用致しましたがパーテンションで仕切りしていますし少しお昼の時間から外れていたのかすいておりましたしゆっくりランチタイムが取れました(^_^)。基本ガストのドリンクバーの種類が多い方なので好きなファミレスですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンセントが充実している点が一般の飲食店より優先して来てしまう理由ですかね、パソコンありの時間調整にはもってこいですので。
ガストは元々幅広いメニューを揃えておられましたが、鶏好きとしては、から好しによる唐揚げ定食類が食べられるようになってより良くなったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファミレスは、家族連れを満パンに詰め込んでこその収益。そんな過去のコンセプトをまったく覆すように、店舗経営の合理化とシステム化が進んでいます。
たとえば注文用のリモコン。客は、入店時こそ入口のところで挨拶をしてもらえるのですが、席は空いてるところをご自由にと言われ、店員とはそこでお別れ。その後はオーダーをとりに来てくれることもありません。呼び出しボタンで席に来てもらうところを超えて、リモコンで注文するのです。
オーダー・ミスの責任は客側にありきで、それは少し違和感を持ちますが、慣れてしまえば実にストレスがありません。考えたら、伝えたつもりのオーダーが通ってなかったり、間違って伝わってしまったりするよりも、ミスったのは自分だから仕方ないとした方が、人を責める気持ちが湧きませんからイラ立ちも少ないです。
ランチどきに一人で訪れて、冒頭で記したとおり「お好きな席に」と言われたので、やや非常識かと感じながらも遠慮なく４人席に着かせてもらいました。イヤな顔ひとつされません。後から入店してくる人たちも皆同様で、ファミレスの混み々イメージは払拭されて、ゆ〜ったりとくつろげるランチ処といった具合です。テイクアウトもシステム化されて、店・客双方とも至極簡便に予約オーダーから受け渡しができるみたいです。
合理化が進めば、店舗にとにかく集約して収率を上げようとせずとも、このように経営が成り立つのだなとの、非常に勉強になるレストランでした?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディナータイム利用です。コロナ禍対策の中、軒並み20:00閉店までですが、ガストさんは21:00閉店です。バリエーション豊かなメニューで和洋もありファミレスならではの楽しさが存分に味わえるかと思います。美味しかったです☆
