5,000円のコースをお願いしました。生ハムから始まり、ローストビーフ、アヒージョ、ステーキ、〆は卵かけご飯、デザートはメロンでした。今回訪問した際は、コースでしたが時間を制限されることもなく、ゆっくりと食事とワインを頼むことができました。お肉はもちろん美味しかったですが、デザートのメロンが意外にもものすごく美味しくて驚きました 笑
I asked for a course of 5,000 yen. Starting with prosciutto, roast beef, ajillo, steak, 〆 was rice with eggs, and dessert was melon. When I visited this time, it was a course, but I was able to order food and wine slowly without any time limit. The meat was delicious, of course, but the dessert melon was surprisingly delicious and I was surprised.

恵比寿の飲食店が連なる通りの一本小道を行くと、肉えびす89(ヤク)バルはあります。 肉バルということで、カウンターと数席のテーブルのみで、しっぽり肉を楽しむことができます。 スタッフも肉やってるな!感のある方ばかりでなんだか期待が膨らみます。 今回はコースで注文。 黒毛和牛を使用した様々な肉料理が楽しめます。 前菜にでてくる生ハム盛り合わせについても、それぞれ絶妙な塩加減でワインとの相性が良いですし、人気の和牛たたきは「肉食べてる!」感があり、食べごたえ○、味○です。 ワインもおすすめいただたいものがお肉料理とマッチしており、肉料理の脂をうまく包みながら一口ずつ肉を味わえるような体験ができました。 恵比寿でお肉食べたいな!でもちょっと焼き肉とは違うかな?と思ったときには一番にここ!と思えるお店です。

The service was just awful—took forever, and server didn’t seem to care. When our beef arrived (which was good, but after an hour we were starving!) it was without our grilled onion which came 20 minutes later! We left it uneaten and left. Spend your time and money in Ebisu elsewhere.

Seriously a good place for beef! A bit more explanation: - They don't speak English, but the menu has English subtitles. - They put serious love and energy in their food. A good Wagyu takes time. So don't come for a quick snack. - A place for fine dining like how you're used to in Europe. No time limits, good food and authentic atmosphere. Every time I'm in Tokyo I come here for a nice last meal before I leave again. After several visits it's still one of the best recommendations I have.

Good lunch for fair price. Friendly staff. Lunch menu is limited to 3 items but all of then sounded tasty. Quiet place and not so crowded for a quick meal.

The meat is great quality and it tasted good, but it wasn't even slightly spicy despite saying it was, and the portions were about a 1/4th of the size pictured in the menu and on the sign outside.
